When she’s not in the office, Ashley is usually off the beaten path—literally. From hiking and snowboarding to cooking lunch on her camp stove (yes, even in the office parking lot), Ashley is always up for a new adventure. She’s also the go-to nail technician for her friends and family, complete with a full salon setup. Her downtime often includes visiting loved ones just outside of Reno, Nevada, where she enjoys the chance to reset and reconnect.

Elizabeth

Dental Assistant

A true cross-country traveler, Elizabeth has explored life on both coasts—including a time on the East Coast—but it’s the Pacific Northwest that has always felt like home.

Her journey into dentistry began in 2010, inspired by a deeply personal mission: to conquer her own fear of the dentist. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for creating a safe, welcoming space where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Known for her warm hospitality, calm demeanor, and expert care, Elizabeth has a unique ability to put people at ease—whether she’s calming nerves in the dental chair or walking someone through the exciting (and often overwhelming) process of buying or selling a home.

Elizabeth’s roots in real estate run deep. She got her start in high school, inspired by her late father, a longtime Portland-area realtor whose work ethic and heart for helping others left a lasting impression. Today, as a licensed realtor, she brings the same empathy, integrity, and personal attention to her clients that she’s known for in her dental work.

Outside of her dual careers, Elizabeth is a devoted animal lover and advocate. She shares her home with her beloved rescue pets and finds immense joy in giving animals the second chances they deserve.

Outside of the dental office, Jessica is the host of the Sturdy Girl podcast, where she champions the power of confidence and a healthy body image. As a strength and endurance coach, trail runner, and powerlifter, she’s passionate about physical and mental health and enjoys spending her free time lifting barbells, reading, or playing outside. At home, she’s often joined by her two dogs, an Aussie and a Goldendoodle, who definitely rule the roost. Jessica’s approach to patient care is all about compassion, education, and empowering others to take charge of their health.
