Aron Geelan, DMD
Dr. Aron Geelan grew up in Tigard and is proud to be a local, graduating from Tigard High School in 2002. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Oregon State University, then went on to complete his dental training at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), graduating with honors in 2010. During his time at OHSU, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
After dental school, Dr. Geelan spent three years working in public health dentistry through the National Health Service Corps, providing care in Hood River. In 2013, he opened his private practice, where he continues to focus on thoughtful, patient-centered care. He’s committed to staying current in the field and is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Oregon Dental Association (ODA), and Spear Education.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s skiing on Mt. Hood, kiteboarding or wind foiling in the Columbia River Gorge, or tending to his garden. He and his wife Mary, a social worker, are raising their son Isaac in the same community where they both have deep roots. They spend many weekends with family in Hood River, hiking, biking and enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
